OcCre’s Newest Kit La Belle Poule Now Available!

Now available and ready to ship to you is the newest wooden ship model kit from OcCre of Spain, the French 60-gun frigate, La Belle Poule. This ship, launched in 1834 is most well known for being the ship that brought Napoleon Bonaparte’s remains from St. Helena, back to France. OcCre’s model kit. The ship, which was said to have been inspired by the design of the American frigate U.S.S. Constitution,  also served in the Crimean War and was in service until 1861.

OcCre’s kit features a double-planked hull and is considered a medium difficulty level build. The kit includes pre-made sails, printed step-by-step photo illustrated instructions, as well access to a complete set of step-by-step video tutorials.

The completed model measure just under 43″ in length and 30″ tall. The model kit is a faithful reproduction of the original ship, and provides all the necessary elements to make the ship model real, down to the most specific naval details you can imagine.
